What to Expect
Our tour guide will pick you up Approximately 8 am at your hotel and enjoy a scenic boat ride to Mingun. Mingun is a small town in central Myanmar (formerly Burma). It sits on the banks of the Irrawaddy River, northwest of the city of Mandalay.

Explore the Mingun Pahtodawgyi Pagoda first, a massive unfinished pagoda along the Irrawaddy river. The ruins are the remains of a massive construction project begun by King Bodawpaya in 1790 which was intentionally left unfinished.

Secondly visit to Mingun Bell. It’s a bell located in Mingun. It was the heaviest functioning bell in the world at several times in history.

Then, visit to Marvel at the all-white, dedicated to Princess Hsinbyume, the White Elephant Princess. Because of its notable architecture and history, this is one of the best places in the country for photography and wedding couples often come here to take their pre-wedding photos, a tradition in Myanmar.
