What to Expect

Our tour guide will pick you up Approximately 8 am at your hotel and visit to downtown. I want the day tour starts from Sule Pagoda, center point of Yangon. Round about Sule , there are many colonial charm such Yangon Mayor`s office ( City Hall ), Immanuel Baptist Church ( build in 1885 ), Mahabandoola Park ( Independence Monument ) for walking tour. Then proceed to Bogyoke Aung San Market (Monday is closed) along Strand Road and Thein Phyu Road to see Strand Hotal and Ministers Office. Bogyoke Market is day-time colonial shopping mall build in 1926, is a one-stop bargain-hunt from 1120 shops of souvenirs, handicrafts or even jewelries. Then proceed to House of Memories for Lunch. In the afternoon round about 14:00, visits to Chaukhtat Gyi Pagoda and special visit to Shwedagon Pagoda being the largest golden monument on earth with 99 meters, biggest tourist attraction, built in approximately 2600 years ago. Then proceed to Karaweik palace for international buffet dinner with a cultural show and then Transfer to hotel .
